Position requirements:

Proven experience & track record in:

 

  • Developing full-scale & well researched project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Determining areas of need for contractors or consultants, appointing & managing them during project implementation.
  • Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path.
  • Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Proactively managing changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Defining project success criteria and disseminating them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
  • Coaching, mentoring, motivating and supervising project team members and contractors, and influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
  • Building & developing business relationships vital to the success of the project.
  • Conduct post project analysis and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements to do better in future projects.

Position requirements:

  • Prior experience abroad / in Africa is preferable though not compulsory

Proven experience & track record in:

 

  • Implementation of Total Cost Management.
  • Manufacturing Accounting / Raw materials usage efficiency tracking, Costing analysis, development of MIS/Control framework, Cost reduction programs, General accounting, Taxation.
  • Costing, financial accounts and MIS Reports like daily, weekly, monthly etc., reports for sales, production.
  • Product costing, standard costing & variance analysis, Product pricing, stock valuation, expense analysis Vs budget and Inventory Management.
  • Budget vs actual costing reports & ROACE tracking
  • Tracking product-wise, brand-wise, SKU wise, region-wise profitability. PCM exposure will be an added advantage.
  • Over-head allocation.
  • Inventory Valuation,
  • Exposure in Internal Audits
  • Good communication & presentation skills.
  • Very good analytical skills & English fluency.
  • Good team player
